Its true.... I still do have some muscles left inside this roly poly belly!With the help of Laura, and my other friends... and alot of work on my part, I will be able to see them soon!
While working out take an affort on my part I give thanks to Laura who sacrifices so much of her time to help me get back into the swing of things!
Joy happens when friends help eachother through the rough spots!
